All of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and handmade with love, which means no two items are ever the same. Because of the unique and delicate nature of each product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Each item is carefully inspected and tested before being shipped to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition. We take great care to pack and handle everything correctly so that mistakes don’t happen.

However, if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. In this case only, we will do our best to resolve the situation — whether through a replacement or a store credit.
